This is not the end

hey guys

It has been awhile since I posted, and I regret that. I’ve been a bit down in the dumps ever since I’ve returned home. Reality hit and I’m definitely suffering from post-London depression.

I still have pictures I want to share and I still have stories I want to tell so maybe within the next week or so there will be some new content on the site. Thanks everyone who is following the blog for maintaining interest! :)

London in Puddles by Gavin Hammond

Given the infamous amount of rain that continuously falls on London, Nature might be trying to tell us to look at things from a slightly different perspective. And what better way than from the ground up, seeing the historic monuments of the city through the lens of fallen rain. You can check tons more of Gavin’s dark lomo photography over at his flickr.

Reblogging this pic because I entered it into a photo competition here and won second prize! It had to represent “Diverse London/Multiculturalism”. I won a £50 voucher!

Happy Easter!

I had a laid-back day, like most holidays should be. Just finished making a vegetarian dinner with friends. The mashed sweet potatoes turned out great.

I also treated myself to a Cadbury egg in the Easter spirit.

I’m mostly glad I don’t have class tomorrow!
